I just noticed and fixed that Tc was still not marked radioactive in KDE 3.5.x. Fixed for KDE 3.5.3.

But in KDE 3.4 there is no way to assigned both types (radioactive *and* artificial) to an element because we used a pretty stupid fileformat back then. Sorry.
