master, from neon unstable repos.

The observed results mentioned above are inverted. The current observed results
are:
on Wayland: the window to install themes opens in foreground but we can not
interact with it. Mouse clicks on it have no effect.
on X11: the window to install themes opens in background and can not be
focused.
