Closing this mailing list

Experience shows that this mailing list is not used at all by people having 
questions or any other input about Inqlude. All communication goes via patches 
or through issues on GitHub. This seems to work well for the audience.

To reflect this I'll close down the inqlude at kde.org mailing list. If it's not 
used it's not worth the overhead of keeping it around.
