Installing is not implemented yet AFAIK.

I recommend using the C++ inqlude-client from 
http://download.kde.org/devel/helpers/inqlude-client-1.0.tar.xz.mirrorlist 
which at least supports "download".

On linux, you might want to check for distro packages for kwallet though, that 
would be much simpler :)
