[Inqlude] qtargparser

Hi, guys.

I've found my library QtArg (qtargpaser) in your inqlude list. That's fine.

But I should inform you that stable version is 1.4.2 (released Nov 21, 
2013).

And there is no more sources zip because of Google Code dissallow it 
from Jan 14, 2014.

All another information is right.

Just want to say that it's better to checkout sources from repo from 
tags subdirectory.
