Patch to add libengsas to the repository

Dear all,

please find a patch attached, which adds libengsas to the repository.

libengsas is a Qt based library which improves database handling (e.g. 
automatic database backup, setup wizard, ...). It also provides transparent 
KDE bindings, if possible. This allows to use KDE features on linux, but also 
run the application under windows, without changing anything in the 
application itself. Just use another version of libengsas. Another nice 
feature is the plugin based spreadsheet export and importer. Currently an 
plugin for CSV and excel export exists.
