Discussed on the IRC channel and mentioned on the identi.ca group earlier
this week, this weekend (Saturday 23:59 UTC+0) marks the beginning of our
freeze period for Gluon Electrion 0.71 - once this time is reached, the only
commits which should go into the master branch should be fixes for release-
blocking issues (this means common crashes, and otherwise things decided upon
on a case-by-case basis on IRC).
