[GCompris] String freeze for release 4.0

Hi,

We have entered the string freeze for GCompris 4.0!
Please get your translations ready before February 19th 12:00 CET.
We plan to make the packages on February 20th, and do the release on
February 21st.

The complete changelog is available in https://phabricator.kde.org/T16286.
There are 8 new activities:
- Grammar analysis (Bruno Anselme)
- Grammar classes (Bruno Anselme)
- Calcudoku (Johnny Jazeix)
- Guess 24 (Bruno Anselme)
- Frieze (Bruno Anselme)
- Read a graduated line (Bruno Anselme)
- Use a graduated line (Bruno Anselme)
- Adjacent numbers (Alexandre Laurent)

For all these activities (except the last four ones for which this part is
still in progress), Timothée Giet reworked the graphics and layouts to fit
the guidelines.

As other major changes, we currently have 3 new languages: Bulgarian,
Galician and Swahili.

Also, after almost 9 years of work, Timothée completed the rework of all
the activities graphics to fit the guidelines.

There are around 80 new strings and 90 fuzzy ones compared to the previous
release (https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kf5/po/gcompris_qt.po/).

To be sure to provide a good experience for children, we will drop all
languages with translation percentage smaller than 70%.
