[GSoC] Do we want to participate?

Hi,

GSoC organisation applications start on January 23rd (
https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/timeline for a full
timeline).

This means, if we want to participate, we need mentors and ideas. Feel free
to tell if you want to mentor, and if there are ideas that are interesting
for onboarding new contributors too.

Then, once we have validated the ideas, we will be able to fill
https://community.kde.org/GSoC/2023/Ideas with them.
