[GSoC Mentors] GSoC 2022 Org Applications open Feb 7-21

Hi,
SoK has not started yet but this year there are changes to the upcoming
GSoC. There is more freedom on choosing the length of the project (either
~175 or ~350 hours) and it's open to anyone who wishes to start
contributing to opensource (not only students).

Valorie also asked if there are people willing to help her administer.

On GCompris side, let's try to think of ideas. If it is about adding new
activities, I guess we can have both length projects so students will be
able to choose themselves what they prefer but we also need to take care on
how much time we (mentors) will have for this summer.
