Subject: [FreeNX-kNX] NX shadow sessions are very slow

I have been using FreeNX server to access computers remotely for a while and everything seems to run very fast and it works great but when someone shadows a session they are seeing a lot of lag when doing anything. The person who started the session seems to
be unaffected by this extra lag. Anything the shadower is doing appears very laggy to the shadowee and anything the shadowee does looks very laggy to the shadower but the shadowee does not seem to see lag on what they are doing. Connection speed does not seem
to be the issue and I am unable to find any resources that are bottlenecking on the computer running FreeNX server. The client that I am using is the regular NX client from nomachine. I have tested it on several different computers most of them are Intel processors
Core i7 or Core2 Quad. 8GB or 12GB of RAM, solid state drives (OCZ Vertex 3 120GB). The internet connection speed is 20Mbps download and 3Mbps upload but speed tests regularly show between 40 and 60 download and between 4 and 8 on the upload. There is maybe
1 other NX session running on the internet connection to a different computer, also the ping on the connection is normally between 20ms and 60ms to the places that are connecting to the NX server. Are there any suggestions on speeding up the shadow sessions?
The quality of the jpeg does not seem to make any difference on the speed. Lowering resolution is a possibility but would prefer to avoid it.
