<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>I am running freenx on a server and accessing it using nomachine's nx client on ubuntu x64 laptop.</div><div><br></div><div>The session is in application mode (rootless mode) - I don't want the full desktop of the server, only open X windows on my laptop and be able to suspend and resume the session.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I mostly open gnome-terminal windows and some gvim's.</div><div><br></div><div>After few hours of working, some colors are becoming invisible, e.g all the grey text is disappearing and only other colors are visible.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Every time it happens, I suspend the session and restore, and everything is working again. </div><div><br></div><div>Although I am an experienced kernel developer I have no idea what is causing this problem. I looked through the mailing lists of freenx, the knowledge base of nomachine and many other places - I haven't found any report on this issue.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Server is running: CentOS release 5.4 + freenx 0.7.3 release 6.el5.centos + nx agent: 3.4.0</div><div>Laptop is running: Ubuntu 10.10 + nx client 3.4.0-7 nx agent 1:3.4.0-3-9-0~ppa1</div><div><br></div>
<div>I couldn't find any suspicious thing in any log I looked at. </div><div><br></div><div>Will be happy if somebody has a solution or even a clue where should I look or which component is related such issue. Is it the nxproxy/nx client/my X environment</div>
<div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Amir</div></div>
