I find when I publish an application, that the application window appears but the application top bar off-set.<BR>

 <BR>

If drag the window down then the mouse position seems to be off-set.<BR>

 <BR>

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this ? So that the window appears at 0,0.<BR>
