<div dir="ltr">It didn't seem that any part of the actual compilation failed. All binaries seems to execute absolutely fine... As for your suggestion regarding using an older client that is something I have looked into but unfortunatley I am not able to find an older version of 1.x anywhere... If you have any suggestions on where I could find it that would be spectacular. <br>

for starters, those freebsd ports are known to be incomplete. the ports<br>
tree was updated by someone else even though the code they used was listed<br>
as alpha. if i remember correctly, the port building process doesn't fail<br>
even though the compile does so you may have a broken installation and<br>
simply don't know it.<br>

also, even if the port were to work, i'm not entirely certain that your<br>
client version (3.x) would work with those backend libs (2.x). you may have<br>
better luck with an older client.<br>

the latest code is at 3.x (nxserver libs) and 7.x (freenx). you are<br>
welcomed to assist in the porting process.<br>
