I gave up on the 1.5.0 client for Windows, and setup 1.4.0 cleint for Windows.<br>
I copied over the client.id_dsa.key from the server to my PC's C:\Program Files\NX Client for Windows\share<br>
Now I am able to connect to freeNX server from NX cleint 1.4.0 for windows.<br>
