No, I looked at the nxserver node.conf as soon as Nxserver was
installed. <br>
Sorry to say that but in my node.conf there was no mention to<br>

That's why it took me several hours of reading on the Net before discovering that this small variable
could explain why the negociation processus didn't complete.
Of course there was no error message that could suggest this parameter.
Dessesperated, I tried something suggested by a guy on a forum for another case. And It worked

Why not, once the FreeNx is stable I'm ok.<br>
As I explained before, by now, I'm not able to make a freeNX client
under Linux working whereas, with the same Nxserver configuration, the
NXclient for win32<br>
works like a charm..<br>

As before : no error message to help me understand what's going wrong.<br>

It's then very difficult to write anything in this case. How can I help
somebody else if I can't myself<br>
understand where is the problem and how elaborate a diagnosis ?<br>
But I'm ready to learn.<br>
