You can mount workstation smb shares onto the FreeNX server
and
use smb or cups printers.

To use a usb drive you need to set up a share.

Nomachine v4 promises usb , sound etc.

If you mean usb based key authentication then the
answer is no.

The nxclient requires a password, and tho' a ssh
tunnel with rsa key authentication is set up and
used to carry the session, the user then has to log
in with a password over the tunnel.
