Yup, on the FreeNX server. . .
so
make sure you have rdesktop installed on the FreeNX machine

Configuration

You select "windows" in nxclient . . i.e

<Configure>(button)<General>(tab)<Desktop>(section)
        <select windows>(in the drop down menus)then<settings>(button)
add server/domain - authentication - session type etc

and the FreeNX server details in
<Configure>(button)<General>(tab)<Server>(section) etc

NX runs X from the nxclient to the FreeNX server
then
runs rdesktop on the FreeNX server
in
the FreeNX server X session against your windows machine
(the rdesktop screen coming back to the nxclient over X)

Domain login is selected in the nxclient configuration see above.

Shares . . .

NX mounts a CLIENT share on the FreeNX SERVER
not
a SERVER share on the CLIENT
but
this isn't available for this type of connection anyway
so
you need to mount your shares/printers via a parallel connection
so
you may find it easier to

ssh tunnel
from
the client workstation to the server site first

connect the samba->windows shares directly over the tunnel
        then
        run nxclient against localhost

but I haven't done this myself, not being a windows user

I'm guessing that this is what you are attempting to do . . .

Let us know how you get on . . .
