Actually I noticed that if I try to open a new terminal from one of the
existing terminals it says:

################################
$ xterm
Xlib: connection to ":1000.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

xterm Xt error: Can't open display: :1000.0
################################

I add some other information from the logs, even though I think it does
not help very much.

This is the information about the running session

############################
sessionName=centostest
display=1000
status=Running
startTime=1305031624
foreignAddress=*.*.*.*
sessionRootlessMode=0
type=unix-kde
sessionId=6DF0ED357C9B9990042F09080C69AF22
creationTime=1305031625
userName=***
serverPid=
screeninfo=3840x1200x24+render
geometry=3840x1200
host=127.0.0.1
shadowcookie=none
############################

And this in the nxserver.log...
