What did you change it to/from?? I thought the default for Fedora
was 2000 so I suggested 1000 . . .

I advide you to fix that anyway  ***.

You get a "address already in use" error if you try to open the
same display on two servers . .

Also
I think installing the NX client on the servers is a good idea too.

It is quicker with the printer database, gives nicer pop-up dialogue
boxes and allows quick localhost testing.

OK I see it's fixed now from another post . . . 

A good "gotcha" is the removal of
        /tmp/.X11-unix
by something cleaning up.
