[FreeNX-kNX] Microphone recording ?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to record from the client' microphone through a NX session.
I don't want to do VOIP or something like that, just run a little soft like sox/arec or something like audacity, and record the sound over the NX session.

I have seen that NX/freenx only support ESD plugin for now, and there will be a release which will increase multimedia support, but is there a way to do something like that now ?
I read some topic about VOIP over NX, but not so much explanation.
