[FreeNX-kNX] Language change

Thanks for you help. 

User A has local language as Chinese. He wishes to remotely login using
freenx. 

If logs in remotely everything is in English 

On the other hand if he logs in locally it is in Chinese. 

What I need to know is how to allow individual users to select their own
language. 

Tried,

Please note that each user needs to have their own language not
gloabally.
