[FreeNX-kNX] freenx fails to launch KDE4 but gnome works OK - mandriva 2010 x86_64

My voodoo incantation had a $ at its beginning !!


        $(grep libpath= /usr/bin/startkde|cut -d \` -f2|cut -d \| -f1)

and

        I even told you what output to expect.



You should get the LD_PRELOAD path, which in your case should be something
like

        ~/.kde4/lib64:/usr/lib64/
not
        /usr/lib/

See if it's the same in the xterm.


It is kde4-config though !!
