Yes, it can. See FAQ or NoMachine knowledge base to be sure that the problems are not created by that.

And I need more info:

Please edit nxnode and put before the startup of $PATH_BIN/nxagent the following:

strace -f -o /tmp/nxagent-strace.log $PATH_BIN/nxagent [...]

So we wrap nxagent to create a strace.log. Please send this log to list, once you have it.
