[FreeNX-kNX] NX printing through port 445

Perfect.

You have to use newest FreeNX released and use SAMBA_MOUNT_SHARE_PROTOCOL="both" then FreeNX will tell NXClient to use 445 when run on windows and 139 when on linux.
