[FreeNX-kNX] NX session freezes and clean up issues

From preliminary testing, I think it works wonderfully.

To give some history, just because of this session freeze issue, we
were going to switch to using Citrix on Solaris to connect to Linux
desktops. I am going to talk to my boss on monday to evaluate 0.7 on
all our systems.

How well does the load-balancing feature work now? Is there some
documentation on how to get that done other than just the comments in
the node.conf file?

Thanks,
Prakash
