[FreeNX-kNX] Server not installed or NX access disabled

Hi guys,

Apologies if this is the wrong forum for my issue.

I recently acquired an unlimited licence key from nomachine.com for one 
of our servers. Unfortunately no user can log into it - everyone gets 
the message 'Server not installed or NX access disabled'.

I've tried adding users using 'nxserver --useradd' as well as 
reinstalling the NX server. The SSH keys look OK and there is no 
firewall present.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
