[FreeNX-kNX] Connection failed

Hi,

I am using FreeNX on a AMD64 server, and connecting from a 32 bit machine.
both machines use Gentoo.
NX was working, but then connection started to get refused. Out of hair
pulling, I have wiped NX out and reinstalled it, to no avail.
can you fellows help me troubleshoot it?
