[FreeNX-kNX] Problem Resuming Session

I've done a fair amount of testing, and i can duplicate this issue in
windows 2k and xp machines. It appears to only happen in newer clients;
at least 132 and 138 both exhibit this behavior.

I've gone back and installed 103, and did a whole lot of testing. My
original thought was that it was related to cygwin, but it's not. There
is no difference (well very little) between cygwins in those releases.
The files that have changed are nxclient, NXWIN, NXSSH, and cygXcomp.
Even with that, I've tracked the problem to the nxclient executable. I
took the entire bin directory from the 138 installation and overwrote
the files from the 103 installation and there does not appear to be any
problems.

I'm not sure where the problem lies, fully. It seems that nxclient is now
handling something differently. If there is a change in how nxclient is
processing the transactions, then we need to update freenx accordingly.

For now, the easiest resolution is to use an older client, but you can't
get those from !M anymore...
