Well it may be. For completeness :) I have tried to crash cygwin X
Server.
for that I opened a Xorg 6.8.2.0-4 Server from cygwin. Connected per
putty
to the (free)nx server whith X tunneling. On that server I started twm,
one
Xterm and Ooo 1.9.125. I tried the two crash scenarioes and Ooo didn't
crash.

A few days ago I tried it with an older version of cygwin X and it
didn't
Crash too. So I suspect(ed) some misbehaviour with respect to
nxproxy/nxwin.

Well, I will try to look at it, but I don't think I will succeed in
locating such a misbehaviour without help.

Thanks
