[FreeNX-kNX] Building NXWin

Hello,
         I am trying to build NXWin.exe on windows using cygwin,
cl.exe and other stuff are in place, but the build using "nmake
World.Win32" fails, can anyone give clear instructions to build
NXWin.exe.
