Its not that easy possible.

One solution if you are just using FreeNX is to do:

perl -pi -e "s/1.4.0/1.3.2/g" /usr/bin/knx

To downgrade knx to version 1.3.2. It'll then automatically resume all 
suspended sessions. (server side)

Another solution is to set: 

ENABLE_AUTORECONNECT="1" in /etc/nxserver/node.conf.

Then also sessions from 1.4.0 clients will be automatically resumed. So you 
can't start another session and can just start one session per user at a 
time.
