[FreeNX-kNX] Initial printing support added in CVS, FreeNX-0.4.0-pre1

hi,

I just finished the printing support in CVS. After a long time of work in
total for this topic, its finally finished.

Printing is only supported with Samba at the moment. CUPS support is there, 
but not tested very much.

I uploaded a snapshot as FreeNX-0.4.0-pre1 on debian.tu-bs.de:

http://debian.tu-bs.de/knoppix/nx/snapshots/freenx-0.4.0-pre1.tar.gz

If you want to see actually working print support in 0.4.x, please test it
now.

It does work for me, but as you know the details are often more
complicated. ;-)
