[FreeNX-kNX] Disable Suspend

There is a lot of options in 0.3.x node.conf that is not, but will be,
supported. Setting DISABLE_PERSISTENT_SESSION="all" won't make any
difference until 0.4.0 (ie CVS).
I'm sorry for this confusion, but freeNX is still work-in-progress and
there is a general warning in node.conf that some directives is not yet
supported.
