Information for KDE Eco monthly meetup on Wednesday at 19 CET.

*Topic*: Arne from Green Coding Berlin will present tooling to find and 
evaluate the current configuration state of a machine regarding 
performance-relevant settings

_Details_

For the Green Metrics Tool [1] the Green Coding Berlin team have 
developed some tooling to find and judge the current configuration state 
of a machine regarding performance-relevant settings, namely stuff like 
TurboBoost, Hyper-Threading etc. For work with the open-source group 
'boavizta' the team are currently trying to glue this into the Energizta 
project [2], which aims to be an open alternative to proprietary 
databases like SPECPower. Arne will present the tool for evaluating 
certain machine configurations and how to create a benchmarking tool 
that puts energy as a metric first.
