<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">* we push a beta release and create a release branch for what will become the 0.1 release (possibly on Saturday 10th March) ;</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">* two weeks later we enforce a string freeze (possibly on Saturday 24th March) ;</p>
