6.4, we relaxed aurorae and breeze dependencies of kwin so
they are not hard build-time dependencies anymore, but rather
runtime dependencies.</span><span

like to ask distributions to ensure that those both packages
are pre-installed with Plasma, otherwise the users will face a
situation where their Plasma session has no window
decorations, and so on. Our packaging guidelines suggest to
pre-in</span>stall everything in plasma by default (except
some packages) [1], but some Linux distributions apply a policy
where they don't pre-install dependencies marked as runtime or
optional and leave it to the user, this is a case where it's not
a good idea.<span
