I might recommend backporting 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/6e7775d315f389df0a440ed62b842ce83dc9a27e 
into your Frameworks 6.0 packages.

It fixes https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482107 which is a somewhat 
high profile issue.
