Can we depend on timedated?

Thanks for this information.

According to build log there seems to be a runtime dependency on 
openrcĀ¹. If that is the case, it could not directly be used for runit or 
sysvinit.

I do not see an openrc-settingsd package for either Debian or Devuan nor 
an ITP, but that could change.
