kwallet5 + kwallet-pam

Please be advised that kwallet <= 5.13 combined with kwallet-pam will
exhibit a migration dialog popping up whenever kwallet(4) is installed
at the time the pam'd kwalletd5 starts. This happens at early login
stage and is super ugly and messed up with the dialog coming up on top
of ksplash.
It happens for new users as well as for old users.Until migration was
done once. Obviously not the best of experiences we have there.

To stop kwallet getting in the way of the user, kwallet 5.14 will have
its behavior adjusted to not ever present a migration dialog but
instead simply migrate (NB: it actually imports, so this is a
non-destructive operation anyway). Combined with paming kwallet this
gives a dialog free login in all circumstances.

Should you choose to wire up kwallet-pam before kwallet 5.14 is
released kindly consider cherrypicking this patch as to avoid angry
users complaining about excess kwallet dialogs:
