I installed 8.9.0 and OpenCV continues to be unavailable within DigiKam, though it verifies correctly for other apps on my Win 10 system. The Modules table in your NEWS link shows that 8.9.0 for Windows still relies on OpenCV 4.11, while all other OS versions
are upgraded to 4.12.</div>
