from the metadata using exiftool. The two boxes still appear, so I tried syncing the metadata with the databases. Same behavior. I don’t really want to go through each file and remove the rogue tag by hand, because even if I do and subsequently perform a face
recognition scan, more duplicates will appear. I have automated the duplicate removal process; how can I convince digiKam that now there really is only one region for that face in the metadata?</span></div>
