I had (well, I actually still have) the same issue, and it turns out <br>
it's related somehow to KDE (or more specifically QT) applications <br>
running as appimages, since I could replicate the same behavior in other <br>
apps. I even submitted a bug back in the day <br>

I want to see if that's still relevant when I upgrade to Kubuntu 24.04 <br>
