I am trying to understand what has happened here & even more so to fix my DigiKam. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Correct me if I am wrong:</div><div dir="ltr">The "Invalid escape sequence ... " messages are concerning screen formatting.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">So if these lines in the digikamrc file are in error, what should they be?</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">My initial issue with DigiKam "not responding" began while I was using 7.7.0. I have been using that version, I believe, since before December 2022. I upgraded to 7.9.0 a few days ago in an attempt to solve the "not responding" issue. As you can see, that didn't work. When Gilles asked for Debug logs, I installed the debug version of 7.9.0. I have not installed any version of 8.x.x.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I'm not understanding why the log shows errors with loading plug-ins. The plug-ins appear to be located in the appropriate locations.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">What is the best way for me to resolve my situation? How do I correct the functionality of the digikamrc config file? How can I make DigiKam find the plug-ins?
