I was checking my library for a good example to send you when I
noticed something. I found all my photos in one folder, and all
folders below it, were somehow corrupted before I even fed them
into DigiKam. My backup files & folders outside of the DigiKam
folders confirm that. I'm sorry I didn't discover that before
posting here. But kudos to the entire DigiKam team for putting
together such an awesome piece of software.<br>

The only way I was able to get Photoshop to open them was to have
Irfanview batch process the whole group over to a different folder. This

Google having failed to help me here, I'm hoping someone on the list
here might have some suggestions as to what's going on. Is this a known
issue?

PS: Sorry if this ends up as a duplicate post. I had a few problems
submitting a couple different versions of this message when a mail
