With a SQLite database, this problem only occurs if digiKam does not have<br>
write access to digikam4.db. We do a short test whether basic database<br>
operations are possible at the start of digiKam. If no test table can be<br>
created, this error message appears. Check whether digiKam has write access<br>
for the relevant folder.<br>
