<p>I've been using Mint and DigiKam for a long time. Just download
the AppImage, edit the properties to allow it to run, and that is
it, it just works. I am currently on Mint 20 with DK 7 AppImage
working fine</p>

Remember digiKam-5.6.0 is 3 years old, in between there were 8

versions. Calculate when Mint is at digiKam-7.0.0.<br>
