Hello.

It seems that having "migrate" from the original folder to a new one, the DB is now ok! From the few pictures i have controlled, the tags and geolocation ate still there and i can rename folders. No more error messages while launching in the console either.

"Tout est bien qui finit bien".

Now i still have one or two questions :-) : Is there any option to save the DB automatically in the soft?

And what is the correct way to move or copy photos or/and folders with Digikam? (because i feel the problem came from that kind of handlings).

Thank you. Waiting for you advices.

After the error messages, part of the database tables no longer exist. The database cannot be repaired. You could try creating a new database using the Database Migration Tool. Or just start with a new database. Please also check your hard disk for errors.

Hello Gilles.

Yes i agree of course. But now what can i do? The only way i see is to dele the DB and then update all my tags from the beginning but if there were a better way .. i would prefer.

The other thing i d like to know is what and when it went wrong, not to have the same disease again. Thinking of the way i managed digikam, i suppose that there is something special with the "deplace" command with folders because i ve always had little troubles while doing that, maybe you could tell me more about it? Anyway in the future i will save the db automatically.

In my
real tree of folders they don't exist so i think the problem comes from
the Dbase ....
