Maybe you need administration rights to install it. Close the installer and<br>
any possible running instances of Digikam, and right click on the installer<br>
file, and select "Run as Administrator". Let's see if that helps.<br>

If that does not help, I'm suspecting there must be something weird with<br>
your windows installation. Maybe some antivirus software is blocking it?<br>
