Running digikam 5.6.0 on Kubuntu 18.04.

After upgrade from Kubuntu 17.10, I find that the reverse
geocoding does not work when Open Street Map is selected.

I mean, if I select an image (even with the coordinates of Times
Square, NY), and have in place all the control tags and select
apply reverse geocoding, no tags are added.

If I select Geonames.org service, it works as expected.

What do I need to do to get the reverse geocoding work even with
Open Street Maps?

Also, I tried the appimage for digikam 5.9.0 but still the
problem was not solved.
